By accessing or using the CapitalPulseYield application ("the App", "CapitalPulseYield", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CapitalPulseYield is a public-facing automated content distribution platform that creates and publishes financial education and analysis content to social media platforms. The App produces educational video content about personal finance, investing, and behavioral economics, and distributes it publicly on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram for general audience consumption.

The App is not for personal or internal company use. All content is published to public social media channels and is intended for public consumption and education.

3. Content Disclaimer

Not Financial Advice. All content produced by CapitalPulseYield is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published by the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Content is generated using AI models and publicly available financial data (SEC EDGAR, Federal Reserve Economic Data). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented.

4. TikTok Integration

CapitalPulseYield integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API to publish short-form educational video clips to our public TikTok account (@capitalpulseyield). Specifically:

• Scope: video.publish — Used to upload and publish video content to the CapitalPulseYield TikTok account. Video data (MP4 files) and metadata (captions, hashtags) are sent to TikTok for publication.
• Scope: video.list — Used to retrieve a list of published videos to verify successful posting and track content status. No user data from other TikTok accounts is accessed.

CapitalPulseYield does not collect, store, or process any personal data from TikTok users. The integration is used solely to publish content to our own public account.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected social media accounts and API credentials. You must not share access tokens or credentials with unauthorized parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by CapitalPulseYield is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Stock footage and media assets used in videos are sourced from royalty-free providers (Pexels, Pixabay) and used under their respective licenses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) distribute malware or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems; (e) use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapitalPulseYield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
